"I would recommend new couples "

"We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "

"Jiva is always a good choice for us to drive over for a few days break. The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is really good with loads of choice. We'll be back again, without a doubt 😊"

"Stayed one night at the hotel. The first room (203) we were given had a consistently electronic sound. The front desk found us another room on the 4th floor, which was quiet. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking is easy. A lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. "

"Just a perfect location to take the family. Had everything from great entertainment for the kids to lovely restaurants. Staff couldnt do enough and went into every tiny detail to make sure we had a great trip. Our 1 year old had a minor accident and not only were the staff on hand to help but they sent a 'get well soon teddy bear' - its the small things that make the differences and this hotel really delivers that. Thank you for an amazing holiday! "

" We’ve stayed here a couple of times now. The rooms are a good size with a decent bathroom and spotlessly clean. The only issue there is that the shower was a little cold last time but it was mid December. The beachside rooms have a generous balcony with two big chairs - lovely for sitting out watching the amazing sunsets right in front of you. "The service at the restaurant (breakfast, dinner) was subpar. The service was lacking and needs major improvement. On the other hand, the Nautica Hotel had great service during breakfast and dinner. "Overall it was a great experience in quiet atmosphere. Hotel has very friendly staff, well organized with a huge dining space made in Turkish style. Separated houses available for accommodation or could be picked up just suits. Reception is available 24/7. All around of hotel are mountains with hiking option for travelers. "Excellent food and views around, good quality of service, good service in restaurants, the spa complex is in a cool place, but it could do with renovation. Also the water park is in a great place, but I would like more modern slides. Evening entertainment was quite interesting and exciting.
