"The Luck Esan medium room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair. The staff is friendly and efficient. A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk. The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use. "

"We made this booking for one night and were so happy with the room and the area that we re booked for two more weeks. The resort rooms are in a beautifully kept garden setting with the river a cross the road. Rooms are modern and spotless with daily cleaning if you wish. Beds and linen are superb. Amenities are sparse if you do not have a car however you will find others only 3km away if you do. If you want quiet and peaceful then book here. Prices are terrific."

Hotel staff don't realise such thing she still make ordinary reservation - don't even looking for booking condition, room type, payment and anything. How do we know it? Yes, she asking us to pay for a room in whatever we've booked, already paid.
