"Really nice stay. Very close to restaurants nearby and had a very nice breakfast. The staff were very friendly and organised a cultural show for us. There was plenty of parking and the room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again."

"From the outside the dining area looks clean but my room was dirty with spiderwebs. I had mentioned the water tank was empty but nothing was done to replace the jug. The room wasn’t cleaned when i mentioned to owner he said only upon request. "Communication really lacked at this property. I booked 1 room for 2 nights for them to call me and say it wasn’t available so they would upgrade for one night and then move me the next day. Only one person spoke English and was always busy. No one showed us to our room, told us where or how to get breakfast the following day that was included. "Perfect location when visiting Sigiriya Rock Fortress. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. I stayed a few days, so after Sigiriya rock they recommend other locations I could visit and which buses to get.
