"Lovely hotel in a great location. Massive grounds overlooking the rock. Good cocktails. Good breakfast. Sadly didn't use the pool area due to the weather. 2 mins walk from plenty of restaurants/bars. "

"Short but sweet stay at gabaa! We arrived in the evening to such a kind welcome. Drinks, answered questions, and got us to our stunning room. We ordered dinner which was delicious as well. Unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of the other amenities but it all looked beautiful and clean."

"Sad case of lovely hotel falling into decay after Covid. We four were only guests for our two day stay. Staff could not do enough but could not find booking, pool very neglected and rooms although enormous could do with a large amount of tender loving care. One I hope succeeds in the future."

"A little bit of frustration as it could be a gem, but the attention to details in the room make it average. Service was excellent, food was superb and properly priced, rooms were big and well designed, the flaw lies in the attention to details. Mosquito marks on the walls, cracks not plastered, gaps in doors that allowed bugs and animals (geckos and frogs) to come inside, mosquito net in shower room with wide gaps…I would be expecting this not to happen in a 4 star hotel"
