Maybe ours room at ground floor . Not sure how about 1st floor . Room size ok , but ours bathroom without a window, a bit smelly, but other things all good . "Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email. Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel. The Hotel is unreasonable. "
