"It's was ok. It serves it's purpose, to sleep. The key lock on the door was broken off and took us a minute to get in, but we did. The refrigerator made a annoying noise throughout the night and after charging my phone and oxygen concentrator over night I noticed the outlet on my side of the bed was not working. But it was comfy and fine for one night. "

"The hotel and room was well care for and clean. The only issue was being too close to the kitchen and being awakened by early morning breakfast prep. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast/kitchen staff was exceptional. "

"The woman that we first experienced when we tried to check in the first time was not only not personable, she was rude and unapologetic for the hotel telling me they would allow me to check in at one, even though that wasn’t true. Overall, the hotel is very nice and we had a great time. I wish that woman wasn’t part of the equation though. Even if we didn’t get to check in at one like we were told, a simple “sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can no longer allow you to check in early,”...
