Property was great. Expedia I'll never use again. There totally incompetent. Changed the date on My stay and all that answered telephone was robot's. Couldn't talk to humans. Robot's kept giving me The run-around. WILL NEVER have anything to do with Expedia again.

Arrived in the event. Front desk was unattended and took quite a while for someone to acknowledge i was there. She was on the phone and speaking another language while checking me in. Other than that, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

On the morning of my second night I woke up early, turned on the lamp on the desk and a ROACH ran across the desk. I went to the front desk and told the clerk and she assured me they did not have roaches. I know what I saw. I paid almost $500 for 2 nights since there was an event and they jacked up the price. For $500, or any amount for that matter, there should not be roaches! I asked the manager to call me but never heard from them. Never again!
