"Best location and value in Mt. Pleasant, Close to the bridge to downtown, beaches, Patriots Point, Shem Creek, grocery stores and countless dining options. Management and staff consistently do a masterful job of managing an older facility that has full kitchens (including a rangetop) in every room. i’ve been staying here for a good number of years, when i’m in the area, and will contine to do so in the future."

"Room did not look like what was described on site . Did not have ocean view. Only 2 rooms on each floor are facing the ocean . Room had mold behind bed , bathroom shower door was cracked and peeled away , rust around door frame of bathroom and chipped paint . Tv does not have as many channels as the guide says . Customer service is great . It does have its own entrance to he beach . "
