"The property is new, clean, very well equipped and well located with a stunning view over the Indian River and within walking distance of a good range of restaurants and shops. The only potential issue for some may be that the second bedroom is small with no dedicated closet space of its own. Communication with the management company was excellent. We had a terrific stay at the property. "

"Absolutely Horrific. Upon entering the house there was a smell. Coffee pot had crud all over, toaster oven was full of crumbs, refrigerator was dirty, microwave was broken, kitchen was infested with roaches. Dishes were not clean. The primary bed had stains all over and no mattress protector. The A/C in the Primary Bedroom did not work. We had to go to Lowes and buy 100 dollars worth of cleaning supplies and disinfectants. By far the worst rental I have ever had and we rent in the area 4-6 times...

"The location was convenient for walking into the town center. It was a small bungalow with a kitchen. I was able to book on short notice. However, gaining access was difficult. The management never provided the advertised "access code" or even the number of our unit, so we weren't sure we had a bungalow until we arrived and called the office. The bathroom was tiny, the tub/shower even tinier. I killed about three insects in the kitchen. The kitchen had the bare minimum of dishes, pots, etc. The...

"Perfect for what I needed: Inexpensive place to sleep that was clean and functional. Kitchenette saved on food, bed inspected and very clean with NO BEDBUGS. A/C worked, Wifi worked. Management helpful and responsive to texts. Area is not the nicest, but not dangerous at all. Even right next to the road (Unit closest to road), did not have a lot of noise."
