"We were on our way down from South Carolina for the NAS Pensacola homecoming air show. We received a phone call when we were about 4 hrs out. It was Frank. He was calling because the credit card I reserved our room with was not working when they tried to charge it. His boss told him to cancel our reservation, but he called instead. So thankful he was considerate enough to call. It would have been extremely maddening to arrive to no room on one of the busiest weekends in Pensacola. I will forever...

"I mean it’s just the outside and it’s not really the hotel it’s self it’s the guest that come to stay with there animals some or most don’t really care to pick up after there dog making it to where other guest and the kids can’t really enjoy the outside around the hotel no one wants to step in poop or have there child/children to play or be around animal feces "

"The staff and the services was amazing. The room was comfortable, but the carpet needs update. Outside cleaning was not optimal, many roaches around the property and hallways. "
