"Breakfast option includes a cooked meal. Family hotel room is tall and on the 1st floor. Stairs is steep to the upstairs beds. Toilet is separate from the sink/shower. Mirror at the sink had a built-in LED light. A lot of electrical outlets around the room. Good storage wall with drawers and shelves. Free parking. Right next to the hotel entrances. "Ideal for an overnight stay for early flight out of Charleroi airport, with a shuttle service to and from airport. Clean, comfortable and decent value. Small Italian restaurant 5 minute walk away was outstanding too."

"We arrived on a Sunday evening and most shops had closed. The hotel is a bit out of town. The room was adequate, but the steps up to the mezzanine bedroom were very steep. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of mosquitos in the room, which we weren't prepared for. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly."

"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."

"Difficult to understand how people have left 5 star reviews for this property. The view out the window is nice but sadly the moment you turn around you see a shabby room which doesn’t seem particularly clean. The owner was friendly but in truth I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."
