"Alhumdolliah i stayed 6 nights,room was a bit small but clean,staff were very friendly and always there to help. The only complain i would have is there was hardly any hot water for a shower in the morning,i assume all the other guests used the hot water and the fact that they are using Solar to heat the water,they should have a back up system.My only advice would be to get up early in the morning to get a nice hot shower. Apart from that the hotel and staff were helpful and very accommodating "

"The property looks posh on photos of old and can’t climb up it’s 5 floors to go up on feet with your bags even though have booking took long time to check in when I showed them proof then when I went Giza I left luggage there as was coming back and staying with them the day receptionist is rude he acts as if he owns the hostel I said I will eat and take my bags and go he kept saying leave leave I believe this is not good customer service and he doesn’t seem to have manners maybe not educated or...
