"I always stay at this hotel when in New Paltz. It truly lives up to the name "best value." It is no-frills, but super-clean and has everything you may need. The people were extremely helpful and friendly. One evening, I ordered out for food, and it came without utensils. I went to the front desk to see if they had anything, and the person at the desk said she knew that restaurant always forgets utensils, so shed already gotten them out. It was a small thing but that kind of anticipating...

"All the different parts of the hotel are very modern and clean--from the lobby and the dining area to the corridors and the room. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Room amenities are more than adequate. The water pressure of the shower is great. The breakfast provided had many options and was very hardy. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely return for future stays."

"We were very pleased and were impressed on how pet friendly the hotel was. Staff was very accommodating and nice. The heater/ac unit was extremely loud and kept going on and off. Either too hot or too cold. Couch was stained but expected because of pets being allowed. Bathroom was spotless and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, there was a lot of choices. "
