"Really clean and comfortable rooms. We were even able to check in early bc our room was ready. The day we left the front desk refused to get us a cab to the airport even though the front desk person the night before said they would. She said she didnt have the phone # and didnt offer to call the bellman even. Soured our entire experience here at the hotel after we spent almost $1000 there. For that reason we would never stay here again and won't recommend it to others. Once they have your $$...
