"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"This was easily one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff was so sweet and accommodating. We had an issue with our flights and ended up getting into Cusco 4 hours before our scheduled check in, but they let us check in anyways and let us get breakfast. It is perfectly located where it’s not too far from the Plaza de Armas but not too close. It sits a pretty steep walk uphill, but I honestly preferred it because the view from our window looked over all of Cusco. It’s stunning!"
