Forget about staff speaking any English or foriner language. Not there even they say they speaking English there is no convenience stores near by to pick up anything . The place is old and beat to death. Good location. The owner is an old unfriendly grumpy unsmiling guy - but I wasn't staying there to make friends. Noisy AF - and especially so early in the morning.
