"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."

"Difficult to understand how people have left 5 star reviews for this property. The view out the window is nice but sadly the moment you turn around you see a shabby room which doesn’t seem particularly clean. The owner was friendly but in truth I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."
