The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. "Well, the condition and cleanliness and service were good. You have to ask for everything like iron and hair drier. Asked for bed sheet because I was too hot with comforter and they couldn’t help me."

"From the friendly texts with entry codes and other information, through to the clean and well equipped accommodation, this place is a great little hotel. Located opposite a swimming pool, and the Agnes Varda Cinema, it couldn't have been more peaceful. Couldn't even hear the goats bleating from the surrounding hills! Have stayed here before. Will stay here again."

"Do not arrive without a car. It is not far from the airport but there is no shuttle. Taxis come from Tarbes and charge 20 euros to come to hotel before taking you anywhere"

"Comfortable hotel right beside st Michael’s gate of basilica and near some great cafes and rests including Eleanor’s and Casa Italia, staff are amazing especially the owner and will do anything to help and advise can’t recommend them enough, only thing I will say is make sure to bring an extension or long charger cable as plug sockets are at level of lights or were in our room. Lovely place would stay again in a heartbeat. "
