"Nice place to stay. The rooms were clean. My only issue with the room was the thermostat is on the wall heater/AC, instead of being on the wall. You have to kneel on the floor to be able to see the small screen to adjust the thermostat or see if it is on AC or heat. Isabella was extremely polite and professional at check-in. The lady who was at the desk in the evening, not so much. She seemed crabby and ornery. But, we all have bad days. Overall, for the price I think it is a great place to...

"Room was beautiful. Customer Service was great. My only complaint was the firmness of the bed. It was way too hard and made my back sore. The pillows reminded me of uncomfortable hospital pillows. Other than that I would definitely stay again."

"Rooms were spacious, clean, however, the noise from other rooms. You can hear every door in the hallway slam closed all day and night from your room. The neighbors above runniny around. Overall a fine stay with clean rooms. If you don't mind noise. Im normally not one to mind. It got to a point of annoyance though. "

"Toilet paper holder is in a weird place. There was no info given about the time of pool open/close at check in. The light message on the phone was flashing red with no instructions as to how to get it to stop. Pool and hot tub were nice and room was clean. "

"Our room was nice and had lots of space. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in our room was noisy when it ran and the breakfast was tasty, but cold. "

"Love the location ,across from kwit trip,not far from walmart and restaurant next to hotel.full package deal .Front desk staff was beyond friendly and so nice. The room was big and very up kept.my stay was very nice for my night away."

"We booked the hotel because it was supposed to have a bar so we didnt have to leave to enjoy an evening drink. Also the directory said we could have the front desk call a taxi for us and we were told that was unavailable. Other than that the bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff was nice and accommodating."

"There wasn't anything we didn't like about this Boarders. It was very clean, quiet and the staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast had many options to pick from. We will stay there again when we are in the area. We really weren't too happy that my credit card was being charged $18.40 more than the invoice that Expedia had e-mailed to me but the last time I checked my card purchases, the original price was deducted instead. Still not sure why I was being charged more, but it seems to be resolved now."
