"Excellent room conditions so far as cleanliness and amenities in the room. Staff was very friendly and cordial. The only complaint was the pillows were not as soft as last year's stay. It was also very noisy this time with people walking on the upper floor throughout the night."

"When we booked this Hotels.com did not let us make special requests like they usually do. We are both highly allergic to pet dander and if no pet free rooms we wanted a room on the top floor near the elevator. Jacob checked us in and gave us what we needed. He was excellent!!! Our room was great and the breakfast was good. The woman working at breakfast was very nice. We loved the colors in the lobby etc. so much better than just plain white!!!"

"I had a one night stay. Room was clean. Water pressure excellent. HVAC is a bit noisy, but I sleep with ear plugs. Breakfast is what you usually get. Gets the job done. Two minor complaints: 1. The hot tub clearly was under repair. Looks like they had a water leak above it. 2. The HVAC in the pool area is VERY LOUD. I even looked to see if I could turn it off. (I was in the pool alone)"
