Great location. Clean lobby and room. Staff was great Andrew was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included however it was not enough food available for the number of guests. Parking lot was dimly lit at night, which was a negative.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and clean. The staff were attentive, pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast stood out the most among hotels of this quality. Freshly cooked eggs, bacon, and sausage. However, it was all the little extras, condiments, juices, and toppings, that really made it perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Its was amazing! The ladies at the front were so friendly and helpful! They dont have a bar but they do have alcohol you can purchase.we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

So our bathrooms metal toilet paper holders at screw was not screwed in and my husband had the metal roll holder fall on his big toe 2 times. We went to the front desk after icing his toe and it continued to swell. All the lady said was “ Aww I’m sorry about that “ his toe is continuing to swell. I have pictures in case but we are going to make sure it’s not fractured

We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites in Canton, OH while visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was satisfying-bacon/sausage, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, and more. There was a fire pit outside which was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. The room was perfect. The bathroom was clean and modern, the bed was super comfortable, and there was a separate office and sitting area, with a small divider to add to the separation. This was especially nice, offering an area to eat, watch TV, or give some privacy to people in the other area. I feel that it was one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
