"We stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites 2x a year when visiting family. Always a joy to stay here. Even with the massive renovations the staff was amazing, it was quiet, and kept clean. The staff always goes out of their way to make us feel welcome. Love the newly renovated rooms!"

"Stayed one night with family. My mom needs to use a wheelchair. The hotel is clean, safe and located within walking distance to the Amish Village and Farm visitor center. The room is very large and comfortable. The staff are kind and friendly. "

"We enjoyed are stay there and the hotel was beautiful. We would stay there again for sure. Our only complaint we had there was a lot of food left in the mini fridge from the person who had the room before us. And there was a used bar of soap in the shower. "

"I thought a lot of the amenities being offered could of been addressed like their vending machine could of at least been repaired at a reasonable amount of time where it was still out of order when I checked out and the TV had a pixel deficiency where there was a vertical line through the picture of the screen on the Tv about a foot from the right side viewing of the screen. "Very friendly staff. Clean room comfortable pillows and beds. Full all you can eat breakfast cooked to perfection with friendly wait staff. Pool. Sleep inn is one of those pretty basic hotels but this one was far better than any of the others I had been to. Everything was clean from the lobby to the rooms, all staff I encountered were friendly and courteous like the old school great customer service that seems non existent today. "The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and clean. Thank you for accommodating our request to have a room on the first floor with our 2 small dogs. It was very convenient. The staff were also very friendly and the hotel is in a beautiful location, close to all attractions. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Lancaster. "
