"Our stay was perfect. The receptionist was very kind, friendly and accomodating. I am pregnant and asked for a few extra pillows- she told me they dont usually have extras but she would check. Sometimes people just say this- but later that night when we had returned she had some delivered to my room without me asking/following up. I appreciated that! "We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub on the deck was the perfect thing to help us relax and enjoy my birthday. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was gorgeous. The hot tub was in good working order. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to do a little repair work on the deck and on the screens. We will definitely be back just for that room and for that deck. The hotel is also in very close walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Great weekend in Wooster!"
