"This condo has been completely redone and is fresh and updated. Breakfast and sunsets on our little porch looking at the ocean were perfect. Chairs and an umbrella are in the unit, so we had everything we needed. When the wind was high, we moved to the pool and it was sunny and warm. 1 mile beach walk to the Sandbar. Lots of remodeling happening to adjacent units this winter due to the hurricane, but hopefully will be over soon. Highly recommend. "

"Served us well. Chairs not all that comfortable and a 10 digit entry code seems over the top. However, location was great for our nostalgic return to AMI and the week was delightful. "

We didn’t get check in code until after 4pm (we had to call someone at VRBO to help with this). No check in or out instructions (including wi-fi password). Sofa bed frame was rusty and water ran out when we opened. Mattress was stained with rust, so was unusable.
