"The property I believe is in a good location in Richmond Hill, GA and it is not in the city itself, which is good, but in an area right at the on ramp to I 95 with other businesses you would expect. There are no neighborhoods in this area so you do not see people aimlessly wandering around and next door is another well kept hotel. There are no night clubs or bars where people would group at so I did not see people intoxicated causing problems. It is a very calm area. The only thing I did not...
