I could hear everything in the room next door, phone ringing, discussions, EVERYTHING. The bathroom fan was loud, in need of repair. The parking lot is small and two large trucks parking across numerous spots. Bed was not as comfortable as other IGH sites.

Checked into a room that was filled with lamps (storage / repair?). Picture available. Left wife in hall (disabled). Went back to checkin & was told to get in line “these others were here first”. Took 15 minutes to get new room. Also, Keurig didn’t work… worst checkin ever!

Aside for this property being a little old, bathroom door in our room had numerous scratches and was missing hooks to hang towels on it. This is a very nice hotel for the price and location. I wish they offered a free breakfast, even if it was just a continental. My daughter recently moved down to Savanah so I will more than likely be staying here pretty frequently.

We checked in and took our stuff to our room. When we returned noticed the bathroom had dirty men’s boxers under the sink. I ended up going downstairs to let the front desk staff know. She apologized and changed us rooms. Unfortunately, we booked and paid for a king and had to be moved to queen room. When I asked if we could receive the difference was told I had to speak with the GM in the morning. Which I did and was told due to booking with a 3rd party he would work on something but it was a process. We also were told it had a pool which was not true or at least not a pool filled. When asked the front desk explained it was being closed and empty. Other than that the staff were extremely nice and hotel was clean.

I arrived for my 1 night stay and asked about my prepaid breakfast and was told that the hotel did not show I had paid for the meal in my reservation. They were wrong. The next morning I had housekeeping knock lightly and open my door and come into my room at 9:35 AM. I told them to not do that again and leave the room. They only lightly knocked and didn't say a word when they cane in without my permission and I was not dressed and prepared for visitors at that moment. The man that walked in said "oh its ok". It was not ok. I told the front desk about my experience with housekeeping and received no apology. I also complained about prepaying for breakfast at check out and was informed that somehow, their system was miraculously now showing my prepaid breakfast on my reservation. I have stayed at this location a dozen times over the last decade, but will not return in the future.
