"For a three star hotel it was all we could ask for. Clean quiet, up to date, excellent breakfast choices and preparation, staff was amazingly helpful, friendly and efficient, excellent parking, felt very safe and secure. We would definitely return again to this hotel."

"The room smells like kennel and the shower sucks it’s was that good at all and no shampoo or conditioner or anything and the mattress was really nasty it had big big red spots all over we didn’t see it until the morning we didn’t take the pictures either but we told the front desk people.. the hit was good just needed more hotter. The location was okay but to fair out there."

"When in Spokane, this Holidsy Inn is our preference. Great staff to greet you. Rooms had everything you need. A bit of traffic noise off near-by Division St. Fantastic breakfast. Love the new coffee-on demand coffee machines. Breakfast had many varied choices. Lobby had adequate tables for breakfast dinners. We keep coming back & it's always getting better. Loved the bowtie and leather on front desk greeter! Classic & personable! Keep him! "

"The young lady checking us in was friendly and helpful. The outside of the property is clean, well maintained. The hall carpets are stained. Housekeeping in our room was bad. Soap scum ring in bathtub, carpet needed vacuum around the bed, counter tops show rag swipe marks. The beds are hard and springs "creak" every time you move. No bed bugs though. "
