"There was a fire in the hotel a couple rooms down from ours. The hotel was evacuated and smelled of smoke for quite a while. Although it was inconvenient and I was upset, I feel as though the hotel did everything in their ability to keep guests safe and accommodate any special requests."

"Easy access to hotel. Bed comfy and room clean. Issues: walls and doors seem thin. Overall a “loud” hotel as u can hear everything. A/C unit didn’t have continuous fan option to help drown out noise. Staff was friendly, but very loud in the morning as they were beginning to clean rooms and I was still trying to sleep. "We only reserved a room here because it was half way to our destination and we needed an overnight stay. We were sorry we could only stay one night! I have to say I think this was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The lobby was immaculate and we watch a woman cleaning it during breakfast…it was obvious she CARED about her job which explained why it was so nice. Breakfast was awesome, well done, Finally, the staff was so friendly and helpful!!! Both the check in and check out staff...

"We had our dog with us and we wanted a Marriott property that allowed dogs. We stayed over Christmas and the staff was very friendly and gave us a doggie pack when we checked in with a treat and enough poop bags to cover our stay. We didn’t eat breakfast since we were up and out early, but the breakfast bar looked good and the coffee was great. The rooms were clean, had a well organized layout and had good lighting. This hotel is our new go to when visiting Winchester. "
