"Room was not ready. Kitchenette missing everything except 1 knife and one spoon. No hangers or laundry basket. First two television remotes did not work properly and television had two hazy blotches on screen. Have stayed here around a dozen times over the past few years and have never had this many things missing or in disrepair in a room upon check-in."
