"The room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The reason I gave only four stars was that I had requested a ground floor room with two beds and when we got to the room it was one bed. I also had called earlier in the day to let them know we would be a late arrival 7:30pm. I went back to front desk and the only room they had left was on the second floor which we took even though my sister and I had trouble carrying our luggage upstairs, hence the request for ground floor. "Very nice room with good use of space but the bed was hard as a rock with no pillowing on top. Suggest adding a mattress topper if you are going to use such hard beds. Also, it would be nice to have an arm chair to sit on not just the desk chair. And while a kitchenette is nice, its useless without some basic pans, silverware, plates, and cups."
