"Becky is an amazing host, met us on our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything or had any questions and helped with bags! Our stay was very enjoyable - seclusion of camping with the luxury of hot showers and the outdoor bath. Our kids loved the hammock. Baby cows in the field made it for us! Easy ramble to village store/cafe and two pubs."

"I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.."

"My family and I stayed at Wakehurst, it had everything we needed for a cosy and chilled getaway. Lots of nice touches, just be careful not to have the wood burner going too strong before sleeping cos the top can get very warm - figured out how to adjust the fire and everything else at the dome through the helpful guides/qr code accessible videos provided. Hot tub was amazing, they have it warmed up in advance when you arrive and the weather was good enough for us to enjoy the BBQ properly....

"Astonishing house, so much to look at. The whole place felt authentically Victorian, oozing character. We loved the open fire at breakfast. Breakfast was very special, the food and the various serving pieces. This definitely felt like time travel. Would highly recommend, especially to history enthusiasts.
