It was more a guest house than a B&B, with the main rooms, including the kitchen, available to everyone. Guests avail themselves of supplies and facilities to make their own breakfast. Host was friendly and welcoming."

They gave me another number to call, eventually they found the booking and said ‘the man is coming’. This turned out to be a maintenance man who was very unwell (flu I presume). "Ignore the reviews, its cheap, very quiet, and ideal if you not expecting the savoy. Only negatives was broken accessability toilets, and bad kitchen, but u get what you pay for. Young guy on reception very helpful and friendly."

"After driving through traffic for almost 4 hours, when we arrived an older man with a mobile phone told us we did not in fact have a booking, that the hotel did not in fact exist as a hotel - even though all signage was still up. The man asked me to speak with head office on his phone who confirmed no booking, regardless of my e-mail confirmations. We were not the only people affected by this, luckily for us we found alternative accommodation at a higher rate as we were attending the Take That...
