"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"Haven homes is a decent accomodation in a bad area. Luton is not a very nice place, so much so that I spent the most time there either sleeping or in the train station. "Property is within a private road, with very limited access to visitors. There are a couple of visitors' parking spaces, but those were occupied when I arrived, so I had to park in the nearby public car park. This was free after 6pm, but I had to leave before 9am the next morning to avoid being charged for parking. Other than that, my stay was fine - room was clean and comfortable, and shared bathroom was not an issue, as I think I was the only guest that night."
