"This was my first time here and i find it very peaceful and quiet and affordable and the room was clean i liked staying here for a night. "

"I really liked the pavilion outside. That was a very nice sitting area that was covered. What I did not like was the room accross from me had someone constantly throwing something at the door that could be heard accross the hall into my room. Other than that the place was great, I would stay there again."

"Overall, we loved Santa's Lodge. The staff was great, it was clean, breakfast had a nice variety of choices, and the big yard was great for playing outside. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the pullout beds. They were terribly thin, uncomfortable and loud. If you don't need the pullouts, the rooms were fine. They're dated, but clean and comfortable. But if you need the pull-out for someone to sleep on, I'd book two rooms next time instead. "

"Only real option when visiting in Lewisport. My 2nd stay here. Generally very nice, clean. Was 1 of only 2 guests so noise and parking were not issues. A/C was struggling (Rm. 115), could use some attention. Due to only 2 guests, had not prepared hot breakfast until I asked, but caused only a few minute's wait. On the plus side, was nice & hot. Enjoyed it."

"We enjoyed the peacefulness and seclusion of the property. Liked watching the squirrels and chipmunks and deer in the woods from the deck. There are other houses nearby but it was quiet and we still felt like we were alone. Spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace on the very comfortable couch just watching TV or on the porch enjoying the fall breeze. My only feedback would be that it would be nice to have an end table on both sides in the master bedroom, more hooks or storage in the master...
