They have to confirm that I am who I say I am, and I will show them my photo ID to accomplish that, but to expect me to give some random desk clerk the digital access is outrageous, not to mention a violation of privacy law. To his credit, the clerk did enter the info by hand when I refused to allow the scan, but wow. I won't...

"The parking area at the front door needs a wider exit. I was stuck in my vehicle for a half hour because people checking in caused congestion. There was no way out."

"Upon checking in at the front desk, I was informed I did not have a reservation, due to a cancellation. I had called Expedia, to cancel 1 room out of 2, that I had booked, and confirmed with the agent, 1 room was still available. Front desk staff did not offer to book me a room, I had to request it myself. In the morning while checking out, I had asked the lady about the room being cancelled by Expedia, and she said that just one room had been cancelled, and I expressed that I had to pay for...

"It was perfect! We just stayed for a short stay as we had to be at the airport at 4 am. The walls are thin but people were quiet coming in. It was very comfortable and easy to find. The man that helped us get settled was very helpful. They had a kitchen and living room area so it would have been a nice place for a longer stay as well. "
