"I had a great stay overall—staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the service was excellent. However, the décor and facilities feel outdated and could benefit from a modern facelift. The atmosphere reminded me of a nursing home, which might not appeal to all guests. Updating the interiors could really elevate the guest experience and match the level of service provided. "We absolutely loved this house. Our family of 10 from two different states traveled to meet up half way and have a lovely ski weekend. The house was well stocked and decorated very nicely for a cozy stay. We had enough firewood to have a fire going most days and it put out great heat for us on some very cold windy winter days. The beds were very comfortable which is a plus for some of us with bad backs. The mud room entry was very convenient and so was the shuttle. We only had to wait about 10...

"My family and I traveled to Webster Springs for Christmas. My husband and I grew up in this area. The house is located about 2-3 miles from my parents, so the overall location was wonderful. The house is spacious, has the amenities that you would anticipate, plus it had quite a few things that were unexpected . Kara was wonderful to answer questions prior to the trip and the entire time we were there. We will definitely return!"
