"Thankful to the manager very helpful and honest. The food was excellent and the stay nice with all amenities.only problem is the power cut and last day we had a whole night power cut, the water was cold, but otherwise service and location wise nice place to stay. Very near to popular restaurants, dal lake and other sight seeing locations. Overall satisfied, the driver Ashfaq was very well versed with the places to visit and an excellent person who helped us a lot! Looking forward to stay again."

"I stayed in the hotel for three nights. I got a room on 3rd floor which had an excellent view of snow covered hill which was liked by my family. Room, Bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was good with options like Poha, Upma, pasta, etc. The only issue I had was that we had to wait for ten minutes to get hot water every time. Overall I recommend the hotel for a quiet stay near Pahalgam. "

"Good things: Staff were honest and well behaved. Whenever we needed anything,they would come and attend. Things not satisfactory: Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you. There is no lift . The complementary breakfast and food available is extremely limited,don't go by the extensive printed menu available in the room. The hotel would not provide any water,tea/coffee sachets unless it was asked for every...
