"Staff was friendly and always helpful. Internet connection was top notch. Room was clean and bathrooms and showers were always available. The only con from this property was poor water pressure. Toilets weren't always flushing and shower pressure was mediocre. Staff was notified and always attempted to fix the issue."

When we complained they said they didn't have any rooms like that. "This hotel in the middle of Badian is a very nice surprise. Super clean, the facilities is new and the staff were very accommodating. I reserve a room with 3 beds which became unavailable so instead of having a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us two bedrooms instead at no extra charge. It’s right across from the fresh market(palenke). It not close to many eating establishment unless you like local eating places which are not you sit down restaurant types. "The room was very small with no window. Also there were some insects everywhere. I didn’t like the place. The only thing I liked the most is the staff are friendly and the cafe they have. Other than that the hotel isn’t great. I don’t think I would come back to be honest. But I would use the cafe if I ever go there again. "

"The room we had was seriously bare bones. Bed and a fan. A/C was extra even though Expedia said A/C was included. Shower was barely a trickle. We were only there for one night in transit, so it was all we needed. For a longer stay I would see if there were rooms with more amenities."
