"The room we had was seriously bare bones. Bed and a fan. A/C was extra even though Expedia said A/C was included. Shower was barely a trickle. We were only there for one night in transit, so it was all we needed. For a longer stay I would see if there were rooms with more amenities."

"This place is a hidden gem, aside from the place being nice and clean, staff are very welcoming as well as the manager. Food has not much selection but you can request what you want their staff is very accomodating.the place is not for those who are looking for night life though unless you have a car to drive 30 minutes to Moalboal but that’s not what I came here for.. "We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front. "
