"Hotel bom e quartos excelentes, porém o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Informamos 3 dias antes sobre restrição alimentar da minha esposa (intolerância à lactose), porém não disponibilizaram nenhuma opção para ela. Avisamos novamente e no dia seguinte disponibilizaram apenas leite sem lactose. Além disso no último dia peguei 3 pacotinhos de manteiga (só tinham sem sal!) que estavam mofados! De forma geral minha estada foi boa mas devem melhorar bastante a estrutura do café da manhã."
