"Excellent hotel in the heart of Bruges. Fantastic staff who were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was servedd in a lovely setting and plenty of choice. Drinks in the lounge by the fire was a small part of the day we looked forward to. An old building so do not expect huge bedrooms but very comfortable beds."

"Service and facilities can't be faulted. It was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. Besides the excellent service, it is affordable and well situated, being 10 minutes or so walk from most of the important sights and restaurants. The rail station is also a 15-20min walk away, while a bus stop/interchange is 5 minutes walk away. "The room in this Radisson Blu hotel is smaller compared to the Radisson Blu in other countries. It is an average hotel nothing special. The view from the room is also nothing special. The price is quite high compare to the other hotel. You will find better local hotels in the city center. "

"Had a wonderful stay. Room was ready early and it was very large with many traditional features. Bed was very comfy and ample supplies when the room was remade. Staff were great and very accommodating and there is luggage storage letting you make the most of any time before you leave It’s on the canal at Jan Van Aik square, away from the busier streets but only 5 mins from the main square. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a great breakfast spot @Toastie nearby "
