"Really nice place - great fire, excellent food and beer. Room was just what I needed (and they surprised me with an upgrade). Staff were lovely. 12 hours solid sleep - couldn't have asked for more. Able to pre-order breakfast if wanted enabled me to have a lie in."

"The inn it self is amazing and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They are in a difficult place with renovating I think, but have to say the cobwebs or dust webs were very noticeable but the bed was superb and the carpet very good and clean. Just missing handle on the door to room so had to use key to try and pull shut and the bathroom door handle on the inside broken to quite a sharp point which I had found out at night using the toilet lol. "We had an absolutely brilliant stay in the Chapel. It is much bigger than it looks with gorgeous high ceilings so it feels very spacious. With a two year old and a large dog, it never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. And the bathroom is HUGE! We felt incredibly welcomed and will be back without a doubt. "This small house has lovely views over Looe and is a good base for exploring the area. The house though wouldn’t suit everyone. Access to the house is via a steep narrow staircase. The main bed is comfortable. The bunk though would probably only suit children. Certainly it would not suit someone who is heavy or tall. "Stunning location by the river. Remote and peaceful. Don't take a big car!!! Its a narrow track to the cottage!!! Well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside decking area. Comfortable lounge.
