"The resort is close to Crystal so that makes it extremely convenient. It is very clean, well kept, and great staff. The pool is wonderful. The only problem this last visit was someone had puked in the hot tub and that wasn’t taken care of during our stay. "

My pre-reqs for a good hotel room: clean, nice pillows, constant fan for white noise, shelf in shower, plenty of sink space, hot water. For a good value, Basecamp Scored on all. Plus, very friendly front desk staff! Yes, it is VERY noisy, but my earplugs solved that problem."

"Only one ice machine in the office and it was not working. Rooms much smaller and older than picture shows. Stove in the room no cooking utensils. "

"I like how spacious the rooms are however I wish the linens were clean. The sofa wasn’t cleaned out not change the sheets. The previous people left so much stuff in the sofa that made it dirty. The breakfast was good but the staff close everything before 10 including the juice machine. So if you wake up late then no breakfast for you. Overall the staff were nice "
