"1. This hotel is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding. I had a reservation for a 3:00 PM check-in, but when I inquired about an early check-in, the front desk lady was more than happy to accommodate me. It's a clean and welcoming place, and everyone is so nice. This will definitely be my go-to hotel in Milwaukee!"

"This was our first stay here and we stayed for two nights for the New Years holiday. We are a disabled couple with one of us in a wheelchair and both of us vision impaired. We had a great check in experience, the front desk person helped us find our room and helped us with our luggage. We booked the handicapped accessible room with the roll in shower. "Ronnie and the staff did an amazing job of making us feel welcome! We are from Orlando and used to really great customer service. This hotel exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was clean and very comfortable! A great sized room with full sized Dove shower products, lotions and soaps. We will be back! "
