"A beautiful little room tucked away at the top of bowness, nice and quiet and perfectly situated to get into town. Michelle was wonderful making sure everything was ok with our stay and our dog was very well catered for with treats, bowls and a bed provided!"

"Old apartment block but internal of the unit was alright. Good location, close to Sainsbury’s and a few restaurants, some better ones need to book in advance though. There were towels and games and WiFi was steady. However, kettle was black inside, no toilet rolls, some plastic cups with white marks and management company was closed after keys picking. "A fabulous spot, lovely staff, great property and amazing food. "

"The staff, the food at both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Parking is just across a quiet road. Our room however left us literally cold. Old building, 'wavy' floors, single glazed casement windows facing the prevailing - brisk - wind and an outside temperature of close to freezing. Then the heating gets switched off for the night ! Considering that this was the most expensive 'one nighter' on our recent trip, we were less than satisfied."
