"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"I enjoyed my stay, and I will use this hotel again. It's only 15 minutes from M6 exit 34 so a great place to stop off. With the sea front, just over the road, there are great walks along the beach. Much better than the chain hotels at the motorway services. That said, this is not a new build hotel with everything brand new, out of the box.
