"Great facility with friendly & helpful staff. The manager gave me an upgraded room, and when the tv remote was missing a battery, someone came to personally deliver a fresh set. The room itself was a split-level suite with a spacious kitchen area and an upstairs bedroom. One of the best hotel rooms I've had."

"The only really nice thing was the little lake in the back of the property. The pool was dirty, the rooms need to be updated. the noise level was horrible, there was some woman screaming at the pool all night.For the amount of money i paid, i was expecting a little bit more. There were not enough towels or wash cloths, no ice bucket, no shampoo or bath soap. Just a bit disappointed"

"The location is good. Check in was good. The room was somewhat clean. The carpet was not thoroughly cleaned because there was stuff on the floor in different areas. The tub had some mildew in the corners that are easily noticed. Lastly the outlets in the bathroom and where the microwave are did not work. The place is decent but nowhere near worth the price. Since hurricane Helene and Milton the hotels raised their prices by quite a bit. Not cool at all."
