"My kids and i booked the hotel because it had a pool and hot tub specifically. We get there the hot tub has been bricked over... NOT as discribed in the pictures of the property. The staff were also VERY rude to myself and my kids irritated that my son got water on the lobby floor in going to the restroom from the pool. #1 dont have an indoor pool if your mad about water #2 maybe dont have tile floors all the way thru the 1st floor if thats an issue #3 dont gripe af me because you didnt design...
