The hotel is quite well kept and I had a room facing inside, little natural light but quiet. My only complaint is elevator wait can be long at times due to hotel being in a multiuse building."

The guests are very quiet and respectful, and there is more space in the washrooms. The towels are too small, and the lockers don't fit a large check in luggage, although it is common for guests to leave luggage out and it is monitored."

"The location of the hostel is great as this is right in the central business district however inside the building doesn't feel like you are still in the CBD. The building is stuffy and so crowded. The pictures do not in any way represent the true facilities. There is literally no space in the room to place luggage or even walk around the room.
