"Vast improvement on last time I stayed there. Waiting and bar staff could do with training in customer service. Plenty of patrons had to ask for their food orders to be taken. I had to ask three times to xheck on tge status of our order. We cancelled dessert as it was over twenty minutes. "

"We were at Harvey's Point for a wedding, and just wish we were there for longer to make full use of the facilities. Great staff, the rooms are GINORMOUS and they have thought of everything! the curtain seperating the main bedroom from the room entrance is a superb idea, meaning when I returned later than my husband, i could get changed, use the bathroom and pack with the lights on, without fear of wakening my Husband! "We stayed for one night b&b. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, only bad was the heating off the room. It was extremely cold at night. The heating off the room was poor. Apart from that the food was excellent and the breakfast was plentiful and staff very attentive. I definitely would stay again "
